Our "Why"
Journaling has been proven to be an effective tool in promoting self-reflection, emotional well-being, and personal growth. By introducing this program in schools, we can provide a safe and supportive space for students to explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. Through "Write the Vision Journaling Program," we aim to not only help students navigate their challenges but also raise awareness about the importance of emotional support throughout the community. Many students suffer from high levels of stress, depression, suicide contemplation, peer pressure, academic pressure, and poverty. The journaling is a conductor that brings true mentorship and community support "in."

This was a journal note that a student wrote. We read this frequently to remind us of the humility and gratefulness that children possess.
My Story
My name is Steven Benson and I have over 20 years of experience with mentoring youth and creating programs. I have developed a mentoring journaling program called "Write the Vision" that aims to empower young students by helping them build confidence, express themselves, their emotions, and manage stress through the art of journaling. Given the increasing challenges faced by our youth such as mental health issues, substance abuse, bullying, suicides, and violence, I strongly believe that this program can make a significant difference in their lives because we have seen positive results.
I am excited about the potential partnerships and the positive change we can bring to the lives of students in need of support. I am always looking forward to opportunities to discuss and explore how we can collaborate to make a difference in the lives of our youth one at a time.
Let's Connect. Great things start with Collaboration!
